A therapy session is typically 45-50 minutes. Payment/copay are due at the time services are rendered, unless other arrangements have been made prior to appointment. I accept cash, check and credit card.
- $150 per hour for individual/marital therapy.
I am considered an in-network provider with the following insurance companies in Texas:
* Aetna
* Beacon Health Options
* Blue Cross Blue Shield
* Cigna
* United Healthcare/United Behavioral Health EAP
If you have an insurance provider that I am not in-network with, upon request, I will provide you with the required documentation so that you may file directly with your insurance provider.
Please note that most major insurance providers will reimburse a percentage of the counseling fee to you directly.
For cancellations or missed appointments, I require a 24 hour notice. As I reserve a specific time to meet with you, you will be charged a $100 fee for missing an appointment. However, for extenuating issues or circumstances, please contact me directly.
