Background: I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas and New Mexico. I have been in the counseling field for 21 years and have practiced in a variety of clinical settings, including psychiatrist office and inpatient psychiatric hospital.
My ultimate goal is to assist my clients in finding healthy ways to improve the quality of their lives. It is my belief that most people already have the answers they are seeking within themselves and that I am there to help facilitate their path to finding these answers.
Areas of Specialty:
Provide individual therapy to treat clients with a variety of clinical issues specializing in, but not limited to; grief and loss, depression, trauma, anxiety, PTSD, and adjustment issues.
I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy strategies.
